To be no more or to be differently : the role of women
Ghabdallah ag Oumbadougou This text was written in 1993 in the Aïr (Algeria).
When I had passed Akakus In the direction of the Tassili, I looked at Mount Bous where my brothers are. It was hot.
I asked the desert where my brothers are staying. The desert told me that all that counts is the return of my brothers to harmony.
The desert told me that it wants nothing except the unity of the brothers. I ask you to raise yourself nobly. We are going to liberate the desert going as far as the towns without forgetting the mountains and right to the smallest valley. Then the revolution will become a putting-back-together for all the desert.
